Date Set For T.I.'s Probation Revocation Hearing

The date has been set for the probation hearing that will decide whether rapper T.I. will remain uncaged.
According to TMZ, on October 15 the Atlantic recording artist has to go before a federal judge to plead his case not to have his probation revoked.
As previously reported, T.I. and his wife Tiny were arrested last month in L.A for possession of a controlled substance, after they were pulled over in West Hollywood and found in possession of ecstasy.
To make matters worse, not only did T.I. fail a drug test when traces of codeine were found in his system, but he was also traveling with a convicted felon named Cortez "C-Rod" Thomas.
All infractions are violations of the terms of T.I.'s three-year probation.
The rapper just came home from prison in December following a 12-month sentence for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers just before the BET Hip-Hop Awards in October of 2007.
In an interview last month, U.S. Attorney Sally Yates told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

“We are very disappointed in Mr. Harris' recent conduct, we will make our sentencing recommendation at the revocation hearing.”

They didnt lock Pair or Lohan up long. I think they going make an example out of him. Smh and he have kids to raise.

I am personally disappointed in Tameka and Clifford. Tameka is a wife and mother. She should be her daughter's best example. Clifford is charged with being the family's leader if you will. They are enormously blessed and God has granted them such grace and mercy. A lot of people don't have the resources to get them out of trouble repeatedly. A lot of young brothers are doing some serious time for way less. I want them to succeed as a family. Maybe they are getting too caught up in the Hollywood illusion. Someone needs to be the voice of reason in that relationship!

Where I am from its automatic we get caught the man is taking the blame especially if we *****ing and got kids. You must be from the south diamond69. Dont be so quick to hate on another sister. I have visisted Atlanta and Tiny is about her shiiit with or without TI.

Why are we so quick to p***** judgement on people? Ok; granted we all make mistakes...but at the end of the day TI is accountable for his actions. I see we are all concerned, if not we would not be commenting , and even further, it just shows how narrow minded people really are, after reading all of the comments..some of us really have alot of growing up to do. SMH!
